Terms and Conditions

The tools are free to use, without an account, within the daily limits shown on each tool. We may add, change, limit or remove tools at any time.

Paid plans shown on the site are proposed pricing during early access. They are not on sale yet and nothing is charged. If paid plans launch, they will come with their own terms, shown before you pay.

Fee, profit and keyword figures are estimates based on each marketplace's published fees and rules at the time of writing. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and marketplaces change their fees and policies often.

Results depend on the details you enter, on public data and on outside services, any of which can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything important against an official source before you rely on it.

Some tools use AI models to generate text or images. AI output can be inaccurate, generic or similar to content produced for other people. Review and edit it before you publish or send it. You are responsible for how you use it.

• Do not use the site or its tools for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
• Do not try to get around the free daily limits, for example by rotating IP addresses or automating requests.
• Do not overload, probe, scrape or interfere with the site or the services it relies on.
• Do not upload or enter content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
• Follow each marketplace's rules when you publish listings or images created with the tools.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

You keep any rights you have in what you enter or upload. You let us process it only to produce your result, as described in our Privacy Policy.You may use the results the tools give you for any lawful purpose.

Where a tool offers embed code, you may place it on your own website for free, provided you keep the attribution link to EcomStudio.ai and do not present the tool as your own. We may change or withdraw embeds at any time.

The site links to, and some tools rely on, websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

The site's design, text, code and branding belong to EcomStudio.ai or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them, apart from quoting reasonable extracts with a link back, without our permission.

The site and tools are provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, EcomStudio.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of EcomStudio.ai is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
