Privacy Policy

• You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name.
• We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set cookies.
• We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.
• Your IP address is used only to apply each tool's free daily limit, and that counter resets every day.

What you enter into a tool. When you use a tool, the details you type or upload (for example a domain, a keyword, some text or a photo) are sent to our server so the tool can return a result. To avoid repeating identical lookups, some results are kept in temporary server memory for up to 24 hours. We do not keep a database of what you enter.

Your IP address. Tools with a free daily limit count uses per IP address. The count is held in temporary server memory, is not linked to anything else about you, and resets daily.

Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and secure the service. These logs are kept for a short period under Vercel's own retention settings.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and your message and use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Tools that run in your browser. The fee and profit calculators, image resizer and background remover run in your browser. Photos you edit with them are not uploaded to us.

Some tools need an outside service to produce a result. When you use one of those tools, only the details needed for that request are sent to the service, which processes them under its own privacy policy.

• Vercel: hosts the website and runs the tools.
• OpenRouter: writes AI listing copy from the product details you enter in the listing generators.
• Amazon: the keyword tool sends your seed keyword to Amazon's public search suggestions.
• DataForSEO: adds keyword search volumes and looks up listings by ASIN, when switched on.
• ScraperAPI: a fallback for looking up a listing by ASIN, when switched on.
• Hugging Face: the background remover downloads its AI model from Hugging Face's servers the first time you use it. Your photo is not sent.

Some of these services are only switched on when we have configured them; if one is off, the tool says so and sends nothing.

EcomStudio.ai does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We use the information above to provide the tools you ask for, to keep the service secure and fair (for example by applying free daily limits), and to answer your messages. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure, free service and, for tool requests, on performing the service you asked for.

Tool inputs and cached results: up to 24 hours in temporary memory. Daily-limit counters: until the end of the day. Hosting logs: as set by Vercel, typically days to weeks. Emails: as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted when no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. Our hosting provider and several of the services listed above are based in the United States or process data there. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

EcomStudio.ai is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, for example when accounts or paid plans launch, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
